Health and fitness information is more abundant than ever.  But at the same time, it's never been harder to stay in shape.   Part of the reason is that a lot of the information that gets the most circulation in poplar media is wrong or incomplete, or presented out of context.

Austin

Using science to get you in shape

At one point in his life Austin was what you would call "Big."  At nearly 345 pounds he was a great football player, but miserable whenever he looked in the mirror.  Like many other people, the feeling of self consciousness in social situations became a source of depression.  However, this spurred Austin's interest in exercise science, which led him to major in the field at Wingate University. 

Today Austin uses his degree in exercise science, along with ongoing education, to help his clients lose weight quickly without grueling workouts or boring diets.   Austin's wealth of knowledge in all things fitness related is more than enough to instill confidence in his methods, perhaps the most comforting thing is, he knows what it's like to be unhappy with your current body - and he knows how to make the journey a lot quicker and easier.
